Maintenance of premises.—Every person carrying on the business of a pawnbroker shall keep the premises where the business of a pawnbroker is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every printing machine kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the business of a pawnbroker, and shall furnish to the Chief Controller of Explosives in Form I, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
