Surrender of certificate.—Every counting agent who ceases to carry on attendance at the counting of votes shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Returning Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every voting machine held by him has been disposed of.
