Application for registration.—Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application for registration to the Endowments Tribunal in Form H, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every inventory of jewels held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
