Intimation of change.—Every recruitment and placement agency for seafarers shall intimate to the Director-General, in Form 2 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director-General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
