Surrender of certificate.—Every trade union who ceases to carry on the functioning of a trade union shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the appropriate Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every wage slip held by him has been disposed of.
