Intimation of change.—Every employer of adolescents shall intimate to the Local Complaints Committee, in Form I and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Local Complaints Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
