Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of adolescents who ceases to carry on the employment of adolescents shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Local Complaints Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every individual care plan held by him has been disposed of.
