Application for registration.—Every registered organisation carrying on the working of an organisation for persons with disabilities shall make an application for registration to the Chief Commissioner in Form II, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every hostel held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
