Intimation of change.—Every employee shall intimate to the Controlling Authority, in Form 20 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Controlling Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
