Records to be maintained.—Every owner of a high-rise building shall maintain, in Form G, a record of the maintenance of fire safety in a high-rise building showing the particulars of every plan received, held and disposed of, shall make every entry in the record within three days of the transaction to which it relates, and shall preserve the record for a period of five years from the date of the last entry.
