Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any keeper of a hotel lodging foreigners dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every passport then held; and the Government of Uttarakhand shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
