Intimation of change.—Every fish farmer shall intimate to the Insecticides Board, in Form B and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insecticides Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
