Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any valuer appointed by the court dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every record then held; and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
