Safe custody.—Every organiser of a beauty contest shall keep every admission register to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the holding of a beauty contest is carried on, shall record in Form I the description of every admission register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Child Protection Unit within forty-five days of the close of each year.
