Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a beauty contest who ceases to carry on the holding of a beauty contest shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Child Protection Unit in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every protection order held by him has been disposed of.
