Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any organiser of a beauty contest dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the District Child Protection Unit in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register then held; and the District Child Protection Unit shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
