Application for registration.—Every organiser of a beauty contest carrying on the holding of a beauty contest shall make an application for registration to the District Child Protection Unit in Form II, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
