Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the warehouseman shall apply to the Registrar in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Registrar shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
