Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the social media intermediary shall apply to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Cyber Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
