Intimation of change.—Every owner of a motor vehicle shall intimate to the Regional Transport Authority, in Form 29 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Transport Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
