Surrender of certificate.—Every food business operator who ceases to carry on the carrying on of a food business shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every food product held by him has been disposed of.
