Application for registration.—Every co-developer carrying on the development of infrastructure in a Special Economic Zone shall make an application for registration to the Authorised Officer in Form ANF-1, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of origin held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
