Correction of entries.—The Tariff Advisory Committee may, on an application made in Form IRDA-2 by any insurance broker or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than seven days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
