Surrender of certificate.—Every insurance broker who ceases to carry on the business of an insurance broker shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tariff Advisory Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-4 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
