Fees.—The fee of five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Tariff Advisory Committee by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form IRDA-4; and the Tariff Advisory Committee shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
