Bye-law 14, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Fees of The business of an insurance broker) Bye-laws, 2020 [S65-P34]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form IRDA-4 not less than sixty days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees; and the Tariff Advisory Committee shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the insurance broker within forty-five days of the renewal.
