Authorised agent.—Any insurance broker may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Tariff Advisory Committee in Form IRDA-2 the name and address of the agent within thirty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within thirty days of the revocation.
