Bye-law 6, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Fees of The business of an insurance broker) Bye-laws, 2020 [S65-NVX]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the insurance broker shall apply to the Tariff Advisory Committee in Form IRDA-8 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Tariff Advisory Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
