Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any service provider dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Bureau of Indian Standards in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every weight then held; and the Bureau of Indian Standards shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
