Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the service provider shall apply to the Bureau of Indian Standards in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Bureau of Indian Standards shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
