Application for registration.—Every tour operator carrying on the conduct of tours shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form I, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every register of antiquities held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
