Intimation of change.—Every operator of a waste treatment facility shall intimate to the Environmental Appellate Authority, in Form VI and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
