Safe custody.—Every corporate agent shall keep every endorsement to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the business of a corporate agent is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-2 the description of every endorsement so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Insurance Ombudsman within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
