Intimation of change.—Every bar licensee shall intimate to the Excise Commissioner, in Form F and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Excise Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
