Surrender of certificate.—Every community radio station who ceases to carry on the operation of a community radio station shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
