Intimation of change.—Every printer of election material shall intimate to the Delimitation Commission, in Form 2B and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Delimitation Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
