Surrender of certificate.—Every sharecropper who ceases to carry on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Land Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 12 of the manner in which every map held by him has been disposed of.
