Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a public assembly who ceases to carry on the holding of a public assembly shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every weapon held by him has been disposed of.
