Intimation of change.—Every owner of a dam shall intimate to the River Basin Authority, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the River Basin Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
