Application for registration.—Every operator of a metro railway carrying on the working of a metro railway shall make an application for registration to the Divisional Railway Manager in Form F, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of consignments held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
