Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the pharmacist shall apply to the Licensing Authority in Form 41 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Licensing Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
