Grant of certificate of registration.—The Family Court shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of twenty rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form II within thirty days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every inventory of the estate stated in the application.
