Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person carrying on a regulated activity shall apply to the Government of Gujarat in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Government of Gujarat shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
