Intimation of change.—Every licensed porter shall intimate to the Divisional Railway Manager, in Form A and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Divisional Railway Manager shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
