Surrender of certificate.—Every producer company who ceases to carry on the business of a producer company shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-22 of the manner in which every resolution held by him has been disposed of.
