Application for registration.—Every product service centre carrying on the servicing of products shall make an application for registration to the National Commission in Form A, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every declaration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
