Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a home stay who ceases to carry on the running of a home stay shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Heritage Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every site held by him has been disposed of.
