Application for registration.—Every commission agent carrying on the business of a commission agent shall make an application for registration to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
