Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a gymnasium dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Sports Tribunal in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every anti-doping form then held; and the Sports Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
