Application for registration.—Every infrastructure provider carrying on the establishment of telecommunication infrastructure shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form G, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every message held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
